If you create an account or submit a file transfer, we also collect the information you provide directly (name, email address, files uploaded). That data is covered by our account terms.

Visitor analytics records are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion of records associated with your IP address by contacting us.

7. Geo-Location Lookup

We use the ip-api.com service to resolve IP addresses to approximate country, city, and ISP. This lookup is performed server-side; your IP is sent to ip-api.com's servers. Their privacy policy is available at ip-api.com/docs/legal.

8. File Transfers

Files uploaded through the free transfer service are temporarily stored to facilitate delivery to your specified recipients. Files are automatically deleted after the transfer expires (typically 7 days). We do not access, scan, or process the content of your files beyond what is technically necessary to deliver them.

9. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
• Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
