Yes. Contact our support team to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Your files and settings are preserved.
Is there a free trial?
The free transfer service is always available at uplinko.uk. For paid features, contact sales to discuss a trial or demo.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Invoicing is available for Enterprise accounts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account is soft-cancelled and data is preserved. You can reactivate at any time. Permanent deletion requires a separate confirmation.
Can I bring my own cloud storage?
Yes. All paid plans support Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, and Google Cloud Storage. Your files stay on your own infrastructure.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Enterprise plans include custom pricing based on storage, user count, and support requirements. Contact our sales team for a quote.
Is UpLinko GDPR compliant?
